The Fair

I can't believe how fast this year has gone.  Are the leaves really changing and is it really almost October?  Ever since I can remember we have gone to the fair I really think it just kicks off fall.  This year was ten times more fun than any previous year for one Sienna loved all the animals and rides and second we got to go with Annie Brando and sweet little Addison!  We had such a fun night Brando and Casey tried frog legs, fried alligator and annie and I stuck with good old fashioned pizza!  Annie and I rode the Tidal Wave (I think thats the name the boat that goes back and forth) and laughed so hard we both almost got sick!!!  

Sienna has such a good daddy that will take her on all the nasty dirty rides!!

What a PERFECT little family!  We are so lucky to have such good friends thanks again for such a fun night next up Frightmares.

First Dance Class

Sienna had her first little Dance class today, I have been excited for her to take dance ever since she was born.  I LOVED dance I danced up until my sophomore year in High School and I still to this day wish I wouldn't have stopped then.  Sienna is the youngest in her class out of 10 little girls and lets just say she was the busiest.  All the little girls would sit on the bench and wait there turn to do things one on one with Miss Natalie and Sienna would run around and do her own thing!  Lets hope within the next few weeks she gets the hang of things and listens better!

Big Girl Bed

I have to say taking apart the crib and taking out the changing table and the glider was so SAD!  I know that I will use them again one day, but still its so hard for me to think that my little baby is now a little girl!

I made her quilt almost 6 months ago and have been so EXCITED to finally see it on her bed.I still need to finish her bed skirt.  And slowly start getting things to put on her big girl dresser and night stand.  Hopefully the diapers will be gone soon cross your fingers that is my next goal.  I am not to fond of the guards on her bed they look like a hospital bed and of course I couldn't find them in white or pink, but sienna is such a CRAZY sleeper that there is no way she would stay on the bed without them.  The first few nights when I would check on her she would be upside down and always leaning up against the rails.  This has been such a easy transition she stays in her bed and sleeps all night in it and has loved being a big girl.  Now lets just hope potty training goes this smooth!

Oh Sienna

All the sudden the house got quiet and I walked into my room and this is what I found!  I can't even count the number of times this little girl makes me laugh in a day.  I can't believe that she is 2 1/2 yesterday.  She slept in her big girl bed for the first time last night, I think I checked on her as many times as I did when she was a newborn and couldn't believe how big she looked in her princess bed as she calls it!  I am so lucky that this little Angel was sent here for me to raise and every day I count me blessings that she is mine.  I CHERISH the little moments I get snuggling with her and playing with her all day because before you know it she will be grown up.  Sienna has changed so much within the last month she never stops talking unless she is asleep, she is now starting to LOVE princesses and when I got her a crown today and told her she could wear it on the potty she got so EXCITED.  We went shopping for clothes  for the fall today and had no such luck ( I know what you are thinking how is that possible) but she is now in a 5/6 because of her height and everything is so grown up looking.  I am not ready to give up her matching little outfits she is still a toddler and I want her to dress like one still.  Every store I went in people would guess that she was 4 or 5 and I just laughed because to me she is still a baby! Sienna has no problem getting what she wants all she has to say is "I want it" 50 times and Casey and I both give in so we don't have to hear it anymore! I know I sound like a typical mom with all of this, but my blog is my journal and I need to be better about writing all that she is doing.

oh how I love this little stinker, but she sure makes it hard to get anything done.  I was trying to clean my house today since we have been out of town every weekend and are going to Bear Lake again this weekend.  So we start with the bathroom while I am cleaning the sink she is pulling every single toy out in the bathtub.  Then its laundry and she wants to play in the dryer FOREVER!  We got her big girl furniture today so I thought is was time to clean out her closet and dresser well as you can tell I am sick of that and now on the computer.  I just didn't get the homemaking gene cause I HATE cleaning and cooking!!

The HAPPIEST place on EARTH!!!

So after going through my many pictures I decided there was no way I was going to load them all on here since I have already sat here for 2 hours fighting with my computer!  Disneyland was a blast, I was a little worried that Sienna was to young for it and wouldn't understand it all but man was I wrong.  Just watching her having so much fun made putting up with crowds, heat worth it!  We stayed at the Grand California and there is no way we could have made it through staying further than that!  Sienna LOVED all the rides her tea cups were her FAVORITE so Casey had to ride those with her, I must be getting old cause the spinning rides really get me and never did before this trip.  We went to every parade something that Casey and I had never done and Sienna also loved them.  Casey is a big kid at heart loves everything disney and especially Disneyland he told me when we got there that he had been waiting 27 years to take his own kids to Disneyland.  I thought by the 5th day that mentality would wear off with a 2 year old that has no patience for lines and threw countless tantrums,  but once again I was wrong!  I would have to say this is my FAVORITE to trip to date and I am excited to make this a yearly tradition!

Sienna with her first days loot!  So most of you know that The Toy Story movies are her FAVORITES when she laid her eyes on theses two it was LOVE at first sight that is all she wanted.  As of yet she still hasn't put them down they go everywhere with her.  She just started to get into the princess, but nothing tops being a cowboy!!!

I wish I could have gotten a good picture of her on this ride cause you could hear her laughing where I was thats how much she liked them!!

The last 2 days we had Breakfast with the characters the first day it was way to early and I forgot my camera so this is the only picture I got the second day around cause she was done taking pictures

San Diego

WARNING this is a LONG post and this is just the first part of our trip we have over 300 pictures so I am trying to go through and pick my favorites.  I don't know what my computers problem is but it won't let me arrange the pictures so this starts with the end of our trip to the beginning but oh well!!!  We had a blast in San Diego we went down there for my cousin Jason's wedding and it was BEAUTIFUL I now am kicking myself because I didn't even get a picture of the Bride and Groom.  Jason and Sissy got married in the San Diego temple and that was so neat to be able to go through that temple it is now my favorite.  We had so much fun playing with my family all day and night my only complaint is they went home too soon!

Our last day in San Diego we went and took some pictures on the beach most of them were overexposed leave it to me to try and play with my camera that day!

I just have to laugh at this picture this is what it takes for me to be as tall as Sara with high heals on!  Sara and I are officially related it might be only through marriage but we have been sisters all our lives!  I wish we could have spent more time playing I think its time to plan a girls trip.....

Cute little Chase... I don't know how these two want to lay in the sand we ended up leaving early because Sienna got sand EVERYWHERE eyes, diaper you name it she was a mess!!  I think she had half the beach in her diaper and was not very happy about it.
